How to excel as an international entrepreneur: an hour with Maria Salamanca Unshackled.io & FWD.us
Do you or any of your friends share a key characteristic with the founders of Google, Yahoo, Sun Microsystems, and more? Are you an immigrant?
Immigrant entrepreneurs face unique sets of challenges including legal entanglements with work visas and social/cultural barriers. Yet, they almost always outperform native-born competitors using their grit and hard-work. If you've got that, but still need the knowledge to set yourself apart, this webinar is for you.
In this hour-long webinar, Maria Salamanca will talk about the skills & knowledge immigrant entrepreneurs need to succeed, extracting from her own experiences working at Unshackled and FWD.us -- Mark Zuckerberg and Bill Gates' immigration advocacy. There will be 8 spots open for this round-table discussion, giving time for individualized coaching with Maria about how to get where you want to go
The webinar will cover:
- Discussions of the H1B Visa system and how to get work authorization
- Stories from the many incubated companies Maria has overseen to propel you over common missteps
- A Q&A session with Maria to cover your unique situation
The cost for this webinar is $10, and the entire amount will go to charity. Once you sign up for this webinar, you will be given a survey of what times work well for you -- so that it works for your timeline.
